The Tipsy Fox

We serve delicious burgers at The Tipsy Fox - why not come and try one on Burgers' National Day! The earliest version of a foodstuff we would recognize as a burger can be found during the 1st century A.D. in Rome. This was a ground minced meat dish prepared with pine nuts, peppers and wine. It then took more than 1,200 years until the Mongols started tenderizing meat so that it can be eaten on the go; useful in their nomadic lifestyle.
